How long does it take to receive my order?
Average Estimate Shipping time from 4 - 15 business days.
If you are in the US, you can get our order in 4-7 business days. Eu: 10-12 business days. Row: 10-15 business days. 2-6 additional days due to Covid-19
How can I take care of my Gis?
There are some helpful tips to keep your Gi clean and shine.
a) Washing methods:
- Never wash your gi in hot water, unless you want to shrink to a smaller size gi.
- Always turn your gi inside out when putting it into the washing machine.
- Wash your gi’s separate from regular clothes.
- DO NOT EVER wash your gi with detergent because the color of your gi will fade and lose its lifetime warranty.
b) Drying your gi correctly:
- DO NOT put your gi in the dryer unless you want it to shrink.
- Place your gi in a dry place or in front of a fan instead.
c) In case your gi is too big and you can’t get a refund, try following these easy steps:
- Wash your gi in hot water (from 30-40 degrees Celsius).
- Dry your gi in an open space.
- Keep repeating this process until the gi matches your size.

How can I cancel my online order?
Once you have received your order confirmation it is not possible to cancel your order. Please send us through info@thegis.asia your order number to cancel an order.
My item was wrong or something was faulty.
We are sorry about that. Please E-mail us at info@thegis.asia with a description (photos help also) and I will make it right and shower you with attention and apologies
How can I know my size?

Can I exchange for another size?
Please E-mail us at info@thegis.asia to provide your order details . We will check your order status. If your order is still not sent, tell us the size you wanna change. If your order is already sent, we are not able to do exchanges at this time
My address is wrong!
Please contact us at info@thegis.asia as soon as possible so someone can fix the mistake. However, if we ship the item before this is corrected you will need to wait for the item to be returned back to us and pay for us to re-ship your items.
